Before our meeting I will send you a welcome email containing important information. In this email, you will find a brief questionnaire designed to gather insights about your problem, lifestyle, and specific needs. Your responses will provide me with a general overview that will help me prepare effectively for our session. Additionally, I will include a copy of the terms and conditions, which serves as the contract between us, along with a disclaimer to ensure you understand the framework of our engagement. This process is essential for us to start our work together on the right foot and to ensure that your needs are addressed appropriately.
During the initial session, participants might feel a bit uncertain and unfamiliar with the process. The technique of tapping on specific points may seem unusual, but it is highly effective. Although it might look strange, this method helps calm the nervous system, leading to a feeling of peace and relaxation. You will likely get used to this method faster than expected. You will be asked to have some water available at hand. Water conducts energy and drinking it during the session will be beneficial for the process. You will follow my guidance and tap on acupuncture points with your fingers. If we meet in person, I might tap on you if it is necessary and beneficial. If you prefer not to be tapped on, you can continue on your own following my instructions. Some people find it easier to relax and focus on their feelings if I do the tapping for them. We will pay attention to your body sensations, emotions, and thoughts. We will address the most pressing issues and release the emotional intensity until you feel relieved. It is worth noting that EFT is different from traditional talk therapy, and there will be minimal talking. You won’t need to disclose everything at once, as I will pause frequently to help release negative emotional charges and clear energy blockages. As various feelings and thoughts arise, the body responds to the tapping, which may result in gentle sensations. Manifestations such as yawning or temporary lapses in concentration indicate shifts in blocked energy and positive changes. Progress will be monitored using a testing and measuring scale, and various techniques will be employed depending on the issue's nature and severity.
The outcome of the process varies. Effects are usually noticeable quickly, often after just a few rounds of tapping. The intensity of the strongest emotions or pain decreases gradually or sometimes immediately. Some changes happen rapidly, while others take more time. For more complex issues, one session may not resolve everything, as new layers may emerge during the process and need further attention. While it is possible to resolve some issues within one session, deeper core issues that underlie the problem may require more sessions. The speed of the process is very individual and depends on many factors, such as the severity of the problem, limiting beliefs that block healing, and psychological factors like subconscious self-sabotage due to secondary gains. Regardless of the size of the changes, results are noticeable within the first session. Clients often find that the problem no longer seems as significant, experiencing a shift in their perception. Issues that previously caused strong emotional discomfort may become neutral or irrelevant. Additionally, any negative aspects connected to the problem, such as body aches or worries about other related subjects, may lose their intensity or disappear altogether. Overall, you will feel lighter, relaxed, and serene, as if you had set aside a heavy burden.

The minimum duration of a workshop for a workplace is 60 minutes, for a group size between 4-10 people. Prices start from £80 - £200
Workshops for classrooms are usually 30/45/60 minutes long. Prices start from £50
